Chicago

Chicago is the home of Vulcan Technologies, and being the hometown of one of the largest developers of science and tech has changed the city for the better. The Windy City is now where some of the latest ideas of the future first make their premiere, turning it into a literal Tomorrowland. The city’s diesel trains have been replaced by supermagnet-powered bullet trains, hoverbikes are available for rental, advancements in bio-tech have created near perfect habitats for the animals in the Lincoln Park Zoo and Shedd Aquarium and numerous other things that make Chicago the most advanced city in the nation.

Of course, all this can be traced back to the influence of Andrew Vulcan, the billionaire CEO of Vulcan Technologies. Andrew makes his home in the seaside skyscraper of Vulcan Tower, where he lives in the top five floors. The rest of the compound is dedicated to designing better computers, smartphones, car engines and other technology that will become available to the public. Once a year, Vulcan Technologies hosts a huge convention known as the Pandora Symposium. Any inventor who signs up who puts in a request six months in advance can display their work at Pandora, but the real attraction is Andrew Vulcan’s presentation of his company’s upcoming gadgets that will hit the market in the upcoming year.
